Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. The cost of shipping is entirely dependent on your location and often at a rate as discounted as I can get. 
All duties and taxes outside of shipping costs due upon delivery are at the discretion of the purchaser
Shipping ceramics is a fragile process. I ensure all packages are carefully packed to the best of my ability using almost entirely recycled materials!
If your pottery arrives broken, please reach out within 7 days of arrival and either a refund will be issued or you can have it replaced.
Include photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging it arrived in. A refund will not be issued without photo documentation. 
Once your package has shipped, it is in the hands of the couriers. If your item is lost/delayed/stolen, please reach out to your local post office directly with any concerns.

Returns

I do not offer returns or exchanges with the exception of shipping breakages.
Pottery is one of a kind, each item being entirely unique.
If a replacement is required due to unexpected cracks or faults etc, please reach out so I can make it right! You can expect up to a 6-week timeframe to complete a new piece.
