Shipping and Returns
All orders will be shipped within 5 business days via Canada Post. The cost of shipping is entirely dependent on your location.
Please note that courier services are still experiencing higher volumes than normal. Your patience of the travel of your order is extremely appreciated!
Shipping ceramics is a fragile process. I ensure all packages are carefully packed to the best of my ability using almost entirely recycled materials.
If your pottery arrives broken, please reach out within 7 days of arrival and either a refund will be issued or you can have it replaced.
Include photos of the damaged item, as well as the packaging it arrived in. A refund will not be issued without photo documentation.
Once your package has shipped, it is in the hands of the couriers. If your item is lost/delayed/stolen, please reach out to your local post office directly with any concerns.
Unless you intend to be the worlds most generous neighbour, please double check your shipping address upon checkout!
I do not offer returns or exchanges with the exception of shipping breakages.
Pottery is one of a kind, each item being entirely unique.
If a replacement is required due to unexpected cracks or faults etc, please reach out so I can make it right! You can expect up to a 6-week timeframe to complete a new piece.
