HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW POTTERY?

I am so glad you asked!

To keep your pottery in its best condition to last you a lifetime, it is best to handle it with care. Hand-wash to avoid damage in the dishwasher. 

Try to avoid sudden temperature changes, causing thermal shock. Keep away from placing extremely hot beverages in extremely cold vessels, and vise versa. 

 

YOUR SHOP IS EMPTY, HOW DO I PURCHASE PIECES?

If my shop is currently empty, that is because I am busy working away making more pottery!!

Due to the fact that I make pots on the side from my full-time job, I am only able to produce a certain amount of work at a time.

Hand painting and carving pottery is a timely part of the process, meaning that each item requires many hours and steps before it gets filled with your morning coffee. Your patience with the process is appreciated.

HOW DO SHOP UPDATES WORK?

I will release all of my new work at the time of the update. Items may go quickly, and putting an item in your cart does not reserve it for you. If you purchase multiple items, shipping overages will be refunded if they are able to be safely packed together.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

I am not currently accepting custom orders at this time. 

 

ARE YOUR PIECES MICROWAVE OR DISHWASHER SAFE?

They are! All pieces are safe to put in both the microwave and dishwasher, however I would suggest hand washing to minimize the risk of chipping and/or breakage.

 

I SAW YOU POST SOMETHING ON INSTAGRAM, CAN I RESERVE A PIECE?

Unfortunately, no. I make a very limited quantity of work, and in order to maintain fairness for everyone, all items will be released at the time of the sale. 

 

THIS IS A GIFT, CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?

Absolutely! Please specify upon checkout whether your item is a gift and what to include on a note.
